Who we are

LOC Digital is a web & mobile development agency. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit locdigital.eu, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Questions: luka.ljubic@locdigital.eu.

What data we collect

The only personal data we actively collect is what you submit through our contact form: name, email address, optional company name, project type, and message. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit through the contact form only to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie, loc_consent, to remember that you've dismissed the cookie banner. It expires after one year. No analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of vetted providers to operate the site:

• Vercel — hosts the site and processes incoming requests.
• Resend — delivers emails sent from the contact form to our inbox.
• Google PageSpeed Insights — only invoked when a visitor uses the Free Website Audit tool, and only with the URL the visitor provides.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and processes data under their own GDPR-compliant safeguards.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up engagement, and are deleted once they're no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights under GDPR

If you're in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
